Martha Sinica

Martha brings to Dave Barber Realty a diverse business background and an international heritage. Born and raised in Argentina, South America and of European decent, she is fluent in Ukrainian, Spanish and English. Martha, her husband Ed and their young daughter came to the United States (CA) in 1977. They became partners in a sewing business managing over 40 employees. With their growing family, the Sinicas decided to sell the business, free up time for family and establish new careers. Martha obtained her California real estate license in 1992. In 1994 they moved to the Arcadia area of Phoenix, Arizona. Upon arriving in Arizona, she quickly acquired her state real estate license. Having met her broker, Dave Barber through her local church, she realized her business philosophies strongly coincided with his and joined his team. Martha owns and manages several multi-family residential dwellings in the valley. She has a vast knowledge of the rental market and owning and managing rental properties.
